Refunds and returns


Physical products

Our refund policy on physical products lasts 21 days after they have been dispatched. If 21 days have passed since dispatch, we can’t offer any refund or replacement for your order.

Since our physical products are printed on demand and there is no warehouse where they are stored, we do not usually take returns.

If your book arrives with obvious flaws or misprints, please get in touch with us here to let us know, including evidence of the problem. We can either refund your order, give you store credit, or send you a replacement copy free of charge. If you really want to return a book, that can be arranged at your cost.

Digital products

We generally do not refund purchases of digital products.

If a digital file is corrupted or otherwise non-functional, please get in touch with us here to let us know if there are any issues, and we will send fixed files over to you. In the unlikely event that no files we send work for you, please provide evidence of this and we will issue a refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
